Meet the driving force behind our commitment to client-focused investigation solutions as well as the creator of our training program and internationally recognized instructor of investigations.
James Winter has been a private investigator 30 years, practicing first in Ontario and now in Latin America. Most of that time has been spent in leadership positions where he worked complex investigations and mentored countless others to be successful investigators.
James is an accomplished investigative interviewer and is certified in the detection of deception, interrogation as well as Kinesic interviewing. He is trained in mediation and dispute resolution and holds a certificate as a professional coach.
James Winter is formerly an Instructor of Investigations at Conestoga College where he trained future investigators in the principles and practices of investigations. He currently teaches courses in Private Investigations, Investigative Interviewing, Professional Ethics, Risk Management and Surveillance Techniques.
James is a past member of the Board of Directors of the Council of Professional Investigators Ontario (CPIO) where he held the portfolio Director of Professional Development.
James Winter is the first person ever awarded the prestigious Master Investigator designation by the Council of Professional Investigators Ontario.

Martha has been practicing as an investigator for 10 years in Latin America with an emphasis on internet and open source investigations as well as document analysis. Martha has proven problem solving skills and strives to assist clients to successfully resolve their issues with professionalism and compassion. Martha has worked with James Winter for five years and has a proved track record of success. Marth is available for consultations in Spanish.
